After a thoroughly refreshing round-the-island trip, the most anticipated activity is, of course, dining.
Our caterer prepares 10 to 15 dishes of local Malay delicacies, including prawn chips, gado-gado, sauteed long beans, tom yam (Thai soup), briyani rice accompanied by chicken marinated with red spices.
And since your vacation in Malaysia will not be complete without having a mixture of Malay, Chinese and Indian food all in one plate (a rather big plate!), our chef is also fond of preparing beef masala, papadum, mixed vegetable and chinese fried rice.
